Understanding of Risks:

I understand that pet grooming, including nail trimming, anal gland expressions, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning carries inherent risks. While Classy Canine Care will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of my pet, accidents may still occur.

Health and Behavior Disclosure:

I confirm that my pet is in good health and suitable for the services provided by Classy Canine Care. I have disclosed any known health issues or behavioral concerns that may affect the grooming process.

Restraint and Muzzling:

I acknowledge that gentle restraint or muzzling may be necessary during the nail trimming process to ensure the safety of both my pet and the groomer.

Emergency Situations:

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Classy Canine Care to take necessary actions to ensure the well-being of my pet. I understand that any associated veterinary costs will be my responsibility.

Hold Harmless Clause:

I agree not to hold Classy Canine Care, its employees, or representatives liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of their services.

Photography Consent:

I give permission for Classy Canine Care to take before and after photos of my pet for documentation or marketing purposes.

Payment Terms:

I acknowledge and agree to the payment terms outlined by Classy Canine Care, including any applicable cancellation fees.
